Our Pu Erh is a great value 1996 aged vintage. Pressed in miniature bird’s nest shape. Pu-erh or Pu’er is a variety of fermented tea produced in Yunnan province, China, and named after Pu’er City. Reduces bad cholesterol and lowers triglycerides. In one study Pu Erh actually raise the level (HDL) and lower the level of bad cholesterol (LDL.)
